We know when we are born, we do not know when we will leave. That's why we have to do everything to be happy, because we do not know when it will end. I would refuse to die unhappy. The life "loaded with experience" that I lived to build the man that I am today, I have reached a level of serenity that I wish to share with my neighbour, my attachment to these values ​​of life, the visceral desire to bring to others this state of grace in their everyday life has prompted me to wonder about the best way to share this happiness to live ... The term welfare has two main designations: is physical and that is psychological.

Hello my beloved brothers and sisters. This is my first time writing as i am talking to YOU on my Blog "Spiritual To Me".
My intention here is to talk to you about Healing.

You are already Healers. You are not learning to become Healers. You are remembering the Healer you are. Healing is not a technique, although there are many techniques you can learn to help you in your Healing work.
You are Healer because of what you are in your depth.
It is your presence that engenders healing. It is your energy that generates healing. It is so because of who you are, so it is.

You decided that before you were born because of the very special connection with your Source. This link is inscribed in your soul. You have a connection with us, with the world of Energy, the world of Spirits, Guides and Light. We act through you.
You are our hands. Simply we are in the Light and you are in Matter. If you do not use your Healing gift, you will eventually get caught up in your problems. You can not stop this movement, you can only follow it. Many of the problems you think you have are the result of a stop of this movement. When your attention is too directed at yourself. You are too preoccupied with your own problems that you think you have to solve before you can help the other.

But I am not saying so.

Put yourself in the service of others, that is how you will find your movement.
The other will find its movement. And you will free yourself from your obsessions because youre open (and open the other) to the immensity of the world.
I am very grateful to you for being incarnate in these times. There's a lot of you. You must feed each other. There is a lot of work to be done. There is a great deal of work to be done. Of course, there are things that are easy to forgive, and things that are much more difficult.

What is done is done, the best being to no longer think about it, so to stop feeding the wound. On the other hand, it is good to learn to forgive the person. In this case forgiveness is liberating, once the work on forgiveness is done, the little ball is no longer filled with energy, it can no longer live, it dies and detaches itself ... and we breathe! Not only do we no longer think about trauma, but we also feel light.
Forgiving is a beautiful proof of greatness.

And inversely apologize for the harm done! Because it goes both ways.


We must not hesitate to be helped or accompanied in this important stage of our evolution, a necessary step for our progress. Ascension goes hand in hand with liberation.

The heart is the privileged compass you received at birth to guide you through life. Unfortunately, for most people this compass is replaced at a certain age by the mind. The decisions we make with the heart are decisions that suit us, decisions made by us for us. The heart is us 100%. To listen to his heart is to listen to his soul and to hear his wishes and desires. To listen to one's heart is to follow the path of happiness.
Decisions made by the mind are decisions that have been influenced, pre-formatted by our entourage which is made up of our family, our friends, society, education. The mind is always limiting, it makes decisions by scrolling the limits of what you can (or think you can) do. The heart sees no limits, sees opportunities. Decisions that we take with the mind are decisions that will often lead to regrets, frustrations.


What do I do when I realize that I am being guided by the "wrong" compass?
Do not panic, it is never too late to make some adjustments and change course! Here are some first steps to return your life and choose a more suitable guide and become completely autonomous and independent.

1. Take a sheet and write what we want in our lives. You always know very well what you do not want, but take the time to note all the elements you wish to have / keep in your life (material and immaterial). 2. Define your 4 key values. What are the values ​​you need? On what values ​​do you want to build your life? I give you mine as example: Joy, love, gratitude and authenticity. I am therefore vigilant before undertaking anything, that what I am going to do will give me joy, that I can do it with love, that I feel gratitude by visualising my objective and that this action is in agreement with who I am.

3. Evaluate your advisors. You can seek advice from other people, but be careful not to let your decisions be made by someone else. And above all, be vigilant to whom you ask advice and by whom you let you consult. Does the person I ask for advice have the same values ​​or similar values? Is this person in a situation where I would like to be? Does this person have expertise on the subject that I ask for information on? Is the person a person who realizes his own dreams? If the answer is no, change your advisor.

I reassure you right away, all these things will come automatically after a while. The mind will collaborate with the heart instead of trying to dominate it and the decisions you make will increasingly be consistent with your values ​​and dreams, even without thinking. Your life will take a race more suited to you and your wishes without you having to make a lot of effort.
